Melissa Marshall has been making waves in unleashing human potential for over 15 years in our region. By learning what makes people tick, she discovered personalities can hinder or spark incredible success for individuals and teams.
Melissa earned her undergraduate degree in political science, women’s studies, and religious studies from North Dakota State University and has worked in government, for-profit, not-for-profit, start-up and family run businesses. Her experience working in different industries presented her the rich opportunity to understand the complexities that come with operating businesses at all sizes and levels.
As a lifelong learner and a student of business, life, and hard knocks, her ability to lead with great authenticity and vulnerability gives her the innate ability to meet people where they’re at and support them in achieving transformation. Melissa brings energy, humor, and authenticity into every client experience, creating an environment where people open themselves to new ideas, experiences, and lasting change.
Melissa believes in giving back to the community and is actively involved in the United Way of Cass-Clay and the FMWF Chamber Women Connect Committee. Melissa enjoys spending time with her family and finding joy in the everyday tasks to make the ordinary, extraordinary.
