At the core of Vicki’s leadership is a simple, powerful belief: great leaders serve. Throughout her career, she has helped individuals grow, built high-performing teams, and shaped organizations that succeed with purpose and lasting impact.
As Vice President of People & Shared Services at Douglas Machine Inc., Vicki leads with a deep commitment to people and purpose. Her leadership spans human resources, talent development, operational excellence, and the systems that help teams thrive―information systems, facilities, security, and environmental health & safety.
With years of leadership experience across executive roles, board service, business ownership, and community involvement, Vicki has seen firsthand how strategy and service go hand in hand. She’s passionate about helping people and organizations reach their highest potential.
Beyond her work in business leadership, Vicki is a dedicated mentor and advocate for personal growth. As a cohort leader for the Women Leaders' Network, she walks alongside female professionals, helping them build confidence, navigate leadership, and grow in their careers. She also founded The Masterpiece Initiative, a faith-based initiative dedicated to mentoring young women—equipping and empowering them to recognize their worth, discover their calling, pursue their dreams, and step boldly into the future with courage and purpose.
Vicki believes leadership is a profound responsibility: a chance to serve, empower, and make a lasting difference. At Faith Forward, she hopes to encourage others to lead with faith, purpose, and a heart for service—because when we lift others, we grow together.
The conference is scheduled for October 30-31, 2025 at Hope Lutheran South Campus in Fargo, ND.
Faith Forward is designed for business leaders, nonprofit professionals, ministry teams, and anyone seeking to strengthen their leadership through faith. Whether you’re leading a company, a church, or your community — you belong here.
Our 2025 theme is inspired by 1 Peter 3:15: "But in your hearts revere Christ as Lord. Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have. But do it with gentleness and respect." This year, we’ll explore how to lead with hope, courage, and humility in every sphere of life.
