Kelsey Buell is the founder of You Flourish Company and a passionate advocate for helping people flourish personally and professionally. With a background in corporate recruiting and over 2,000 candidate interviews, Kelsey discovered that many people are disengaged in their work, which fueled her passion for training, development, and investing in people.
Kelsey has given hundreds of presentations on goal setting, preventing burnout, stress management, and leadership skills. She is also an accomplished violinist and singer, having performed for audiences as large as 15,000. Through her coaching and speaking, Kelsey has found that a strong Christian faith is the key to living a truly flourishing life.Based in Fargo,
