Sandi Piatz serves as President & CEO of United Way of Cass-Clay and brings more than 20 years of executive leadership experience across business, nonprofit, and community sectors. She is known for her collaborative leadership style, strategic mindset, and ability to bring people together to create lasting community impact.
Before joining United Way, Sandi held leadership roles with OmniByte, Advantage Payment Services, Eide Bailly, and Microsoft, where she served as Fargo Campus Site Leader and Senior Director of Community Program Management. Throughout her career, she has been deeply committed to service, partnership, and strengthening the communities she leads.
Sandi’s leadership is grounded in her belief that meaningful impact happens when people feel connected, empowered, and called to serve others. She and her husband, Perry, are active members of the Cass-Clay community and are passionate about living out their faith through service and leadership.
