Faith Forward is a Christian workforce ministry. The North Dakota-based 501(c)(3) impact organization that is governed by a board of directors. Launched in 2024 with the inaugural Faith Forward Conference, the organization continues to equip workers to live and lead like Jesus by hosting events and organizing Christian leaders into peer groups or Christian Stakeholder Groups (CSGs).

Statement of Faith

We believe the Bible to be the inspired, the only infallible, authoritative Word of God.

We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His death and atonement through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return in power and glory.

We believe in salvation of lost and sinful people through faith in the Lord Jesus Christ and regeneration by the Holy Spirit.

We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a godly life.

We believe in the forgiveness of sins and the resurrection of every individual, either to eternal life with God in heaven or to eternal separation from Him in hell.

We believe in the spiritual unity of believers in our Lord Jesus Christ.

We are determined to equip professionals who are navigating the challenges of balancing life and work with tools for a transformational Christian experience.
