Doug Rogness is the Lead Pastor of Triumph Lutheran Brethren Church, a multi-site congregation with locations in Moorhead, Minnesota and West Fargo, North Dakota. As a husband and father of four children, Doug brings a grounded, family-first perspective to his ministry leadership.
Before answering the call to pastoral ministry, Doug spent many years working in the business world in communication and marketing roles. This professional experience gave him insights into connecting with diverse audiences and communicating messages with clarity and impact.
At Triumph Church, Doug provides vision and direction through his Pastoral Leadership and as he preaches biblical truth in a relatable way. His down-to-earth style resonates with congregation members from all walks of life. Doug has a heart for helping people grow deeper in their faith journey.
When he's not at the church, Doug treasures time with his wife and four children. He enjoys coaching basketball and spending time with this family in lakes country Minnesota. Doug's greatest passion is sharing the love of Jesus Christ and walking alongside families and individuals through all seasons of life.
