Mark Wallace is the Executive Director of Faith Forward and host of the 2026 Faith Forward Conference, where he brings together leaders who are seeking to live and lead with greater purpose, conviction, and faith. After spending 15 years in the private sector, Mark felt called to leave the business world and devote his work to encouraging leaders to walk in the way of the Lord. Today, he leads Faith Forward, a movement of workers discovering belonging and identity in Christ.
Mark is passionate about the role Christian leaders can play in shaping workplaces, organizations, and communities through lives marked by humility, courage, service, and intentional leadership. He believes the world does not simply need more leaders; it needs more faith-forward leaders who understand that how we lead matters as much as what we accomplish. He lives in Fargo, North Dakota, with his family and is grateful for the opportunity to serve leaders who believe their work can be part of God's work in the world.
