With a distinguished 25-year career at The ServiceMaster Company, a global Fortune 500 firm with 5,000 locations, she was instrumental in leading strategic initiatives in Six Sigma, supply chain management, and voice of the customer and employee improvement programs. Her leadership roles included heading People Services, Strategic Planning, and serving as President of one of the company's contract management services companies. The first company objective, "To Honor God In All We Do," guided her leadership and life.. Patricia has successfully guided companies ranging from multi-billion dollar public entities to multi-million dollar private equity firms, excelling in financial turnarounds and digital transformations across healthcare, education, and consumer services. She recently served as a board member for 4word, an organization connecting and supporting Christian women in the workplace to reach their God-given potential with confidence, and is a former board member of Nationwide Studios, Inc. and New Leash On Life. Additionally, Patricia is a board advisor to 4impactdata and various other for-profit and non-profit organizations and is a known speaker, business advisor, and executive coach.
