Rob Swiers serves as Executive Director of the New Life Center in Fargo, where he has faithfully led for over a decade with a deep commitment to restoring dignity and hope for men experiencing homelessness. Grounded in his belief that lasting transformation happens through relationships and the love of Christ, Rob has helped shape a ministry that not only meets immediate needs like food, shelter and clothing, but also creates pathways toward long-term healing and purpose. A key expression of this vision is the Genesis Program, a discipleship-focused initiative where men intentionally grow in their faith, develop life skills, and pursue lasting life change. Through steady, compassionate leadership, Rob models what it means to serve others with humility, pointing those he leads - and where he serves - toward a renewed life rooted in Christ.
