Sarah West is the Founder and Owner of Light Consulting, a fractional CFO and strategic advisory firm she launched in 2019 that has grown from a small startup into a thriving team serving businesses across the Midwest. With nearly two decades of experience in finance and leadership, Sarah is known for making complex financial topics approachable and helping leaders build healthy, sustainable organizations.
A proud graduate of Minnesota State University Moorhead, Sarah is also a Co-Founder of Faith Forward, a nonprofit equipping leaders to integrate faith and purpose into their work and lives, and a co-owner of Dale Carnegie of North Dakota and NW Minnesota and Light Workforce Solutions. She holds her CMA, SPHR, and CEC credentials and serves on multiple nonprofit boards. Sarah lives in Ulen, MN with her husband and three children.
